William and Louie Arnold 1900,s

   Hoping someone can help, the only info I have is a birth certificate for  Violet Arnold b.1922 in Southport, her mother and father were Walter and Louie Arnold (formely Arnold) they give there address as 8 Mosely st,  birmingham, apparently her mum gave birth to Violet in Southport  then put her up for adoption, I cant find find any traces of her parents before or after this.

According to the Electoral Rolls there never was an 8 Moseley St.The first address is no.10.Can't find a Louie/Louise/Louisa Arnold although there are several Walters.
