Looking for Mary Fagan

I'm looking for a birth and marriage for Mary Fagan.

On 22nd Oct 1840 Mary Lettice nee Fagan aged 36 (b.1804?), is transported to Australia for Larceny.  She stood trial at Meath and was recorded as a widow with 3 children. They sailed on the Mary Anne to Hobart with their mother, Margaret b. 1831, Thomas b.1833 and Michael b.1837.

I would really love to find out what the childrens fathers name was and when Mary was born. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
