William MARTYN (1796) married Blanche ?

Could anyone help me with the maiden name of Blanche born reduth/calstock around 1796 married a William Martyn born 1796c in either Plymton St Mary.

Also looking for marriage date for them and parents of William.  Not sure where else to look.
