Charlotte WALKER aged 38 died on 3rd January 1862 at Rocksprings.
Residence listed as Rocksprings.
Relative given as Thomas WALKER, husband.
Ref =  Str 14/48

Rocksprings in the Strathalbyn District  is not that far from the Mt Barker District where William and Isabella were at that stage.

No death that is readily apparent for Thomas Walker, so I wonder if it was him that went to Victoria/back to England?

 Hi,

There is one birth in the Victorian indexes to Thomas Walker and Charlotte Warrick a son Joseph born 1854 in "Moor" #3790.

 However this is not them as Charlotte died age 45 in 1857 parents Thomas Warrick and Charlotte not known.Too oldfor your Charlotte of course.

Coincidence that there are two couples Thomas and Charlotte Walker around at the same time.  Do you have any idea of Charlotte's maiden name or the names of the Walker 's parents?

It will help trace children and deaths.

regards

Robyn

Something that isn't on that website, Spatts, are the burial details for William Walker and Isabella. They can be found at
http://www.pirie.sa.gov.au/site/page.cfm?u=130

Just select Redhill and enter the surname Walker.
