It looks more like Steward/Stoward to me. The H of Harris at the bottom of the cropped image below is quite differently formed.

The second example is from the bottom right of the right hand page.

I'd say it is almost certainly Steward. Compare it with the Stephens marriage on 20th Dec of the same year (top of next page).  If the first letter was "H" it would have a loop on the right hand vertical.

It looks like Stoward to me.

My first reaction was 'Howard' but if you look at the name two lines above the formation of the first letter looks the same in the name 'Stool'

The name in your comparison is Steel.

In the name under discussion the third letter looks like an "o" but is probably an "e" - so the name is Steward.  The "e" in West in the same entry and in Stephen at the top of the column are useful comparators.
