How to Contact a G R member?

Hi all, hope this is OK to post here .
I am a lapsed GR member but I thought I could still contact other members. I tried to send a message to someone on there today, and it said that I had to be a paying member.

Is any GR member here willing to do me a big favour and pass my email details on for me.
