The 1841 does not show specific birthplaces in the way later censuses do

There is only one entry in Yorkshire that fits your profile but she was living in Rotten Row Rillington, Malton.  She was 12yrs old and father was William and agricultural labourer

What was her fathers name on her marriage cert
