I would suggest that the first step would be to get the death cert, to find exactly where she died within the Marylebone Reg district.

Something curious:

in 1863 Adine Eliza Caton married Gabriel Thomas Fitzgerald (freebmd and books.google.com).  She was daughter of Thurston Bewley Caton. He married in 1849 Selena (Selina) Elizabeth Shawe, and in 1861 he appears with her, a 11 year old daughter Constance, his mother in law Mary Ann Shawe, (60), and his brother in law, William Shawe, 30 (b. East Indies).

This was his second marriage. books.google.com shows that Thurston B. Caton, son of the Rev R. B. Caton, married in 1835 to Louise Marie-Esther, dau of Col de St. Rose, late Chief de l'Etat Major of Paris.

http://www.jccglass.me.uk/lincs/caton.html
http://www.jccglass.me.uk/lincs/caton-info2e.html
 - this shows Adine Eliza the duaghter of T. B. Caton as b. Paris, and gives some census info on the family.

If this is the right person, that would make William her - stepuncle?
Can't find any sign of Gabriel Thomas Fitzgerald's death or any children to them (they may have been in Ireland or somewhere overseas?)
When did Myra pass away?

Hi Jorose,
Your right on the money with your findings....G T Fitzgerald died in Austria , he and William Butler Shawe were in the Military together.....WBS then married Adine......Selena is WBS sister and Mary Ann is their mother....Constance is Selena's daughter to TB Caton.......TB Caton and Louise De St Rose are Adines parents.

the mystery is When did Adine and WBS marry...It was either in France or England.....

this might help as far as G T Fitzgerald is concerned

The Popes Irish Brigade
By Nioclás Ó Gríofán

Three men went from Ring in 1860 to defend the Pope. story has it that they walked 15 miles to Youghal to get the boat to Liverpool and then onto Rome.
They were all fluent Gaelic speakers and went to the same school as the famous Major Fitzgerald who welcomed them to Rome.
Major Fitzgerald was born Gabriel Thomas Fitzgerald to Anthony and Mary gee in 1827 at Seaview House Ring, Dungarvan, Co, Waterford. Both his parents were local landlords. Mary gee being in Ardmore.
He joined the Austrian Army in 1847 and became Captain of cuirassier regiment No2. and served through the Hungarian revolutionary war.
He was nominated to train and command the Irish battalion of St. Patrick to fight for Pope Pius IX in 1860.
The original choice of a commanding officer of the Irish fell on Major Fitzgerald. he actually arrived at Ancona and took command of four companies but owning to his rank in the Austrian army it was deemed inadvisable that Fitzgerald should accept command of a Battallion in the Papal Army and the choice fell on Major Myles Reilly's.
Major Fitzgerald returned to Austrian service and served through to the war of 1886.

****Note:  I believe this should be 1866 (Austro-Prussian War of 1866...the Austrians against the German confederation created by Otto von Bismarck. The Austrians lost during the Battle of Sadona in July 1866)

He received wounds at Sadona and died of these in 1879 having being an invalid for some time.
