My husband's ancestor James Garvey was a gardener from county Armagh.
His daughter Mary was born about 1846 in Armagh.
There is a James Garvey from Shean Forkhill in the Griffiths valuation. He rented a house and garden as well as a separate garden.
I can't help wondering if this could be him.
Could anyone help with suggestions as to how to find out?
I would be very grateful.
