Hello Meles,
Thanks , thats very good of you to offer. I have e-mailed one of links to ask a few questions. I used to sit outside in a car with pop and crisps as a child in the 50's and always remembered as a single storey building. I assumed , with the amount of war damage still visible at the time that the top had been 'blown off'. I notice now that part was single storey. My grandparnts lived in 49 Gaskell St but moved to Coventry about 1970. I guess a lot has changed since. The maternity hospital was at the bottom of grans garden !

Hello Again Meles,
I have just been browsing through those links and have just noticed that they are dated 2003 ! If you don't mind driving past at some stage I would be fascinated to know what happened.
