Date and a bit of TLC please
« on: Monday 05 October 09 16:34 BST (UK) »
I was lucky enough to be given this photo of my great grandfather (standing) and his brother a few months ago ( sent via email)
Any opinions on the date please? Is it possible for anyone to work a little magic?
Thanks in advance.

Hiya,

the picture you have posted is very low resolution so it makes it hard to do much to it. I have just tidied the edges a bit.

One copy black and white and one with a sepia tint.

Maybe you can get the person who emailed it to you to re scan it and either send you a new copy or perhaps they might post it here for you, then I am sure you will get some good results.

Wow Jim  :)
Thank you so much that looks so much clearer. Although my great grandad looks rather serious I can see more now how much my dad and grandad ( and my nephews) look like him.
Cheers
