« on: Tuesday 06 October 09 09:23 BST (UK) »
Hi, I have an ancestor, George Dickinson 1823-1867, who died of "Liver phthisis puls tuberculata"

Is this TB or being a disease of the liver is this more akin to excessive alcohol consuption ?
Benn (Yorkshire), Cock (Ashill, Norfolk), Dickinson (Newton on Trent and Saxilby, Lincolnshire)  Rhodes (Yorkshire), Tew (Shropshire/Staffordshire), Wilks (Yorkshire)
