Flintshire interests: CROMPTON, WYNNE
« on: Thursday 06 May 04 12:42 BST (UK) »
My Flintshire interests, in the hope that someone out there recognises a common name from their research.

Crompton:
This one has been giving me headaches!
Rev. Samuel Gilbert Crompton: b:28.12.1790 in York. Christened in St. St. Saviours Gate Presbyterian Church. Married Clara Down, b: 07.01.1792 in Colney Hatch, MDX.
Samuel graduated from Cambridge in 1814.
Their children:
Anne Eliza, b: June 1819 in Sutton on Derwent, Yorks.
Rose Julia b: 1821 in Llandysul ?, Cardigan
Samuel Gilbert, b: 1826 in Aberystwyth
Georgiana b: 1831 in Hawarden,Flint,
Caroline Isabel b: 1830 in Buckley,Flint,
George Fredrick b: 1832 in Buckley,Flint,
Frances Clara b: 1834 in Buckley,Flint

Here I’d like to find out where they lived in Flints, before the family moved back to Yorkshire mid-late 1830s.

Yosser, its of no significance.

it should read "I'd", i.e. I would. but for some reason the hmtl code has decided to have fun and games.
