Hi.

Is there anybody who can direct me to the right source to try and obtain more information/details on an Elizabeth Storey who on various Census is said to have been born c1838 in Gibraltar but as a British Citizen. Also how would I get a Birth Cert. as I am curious to try and picture why her parents would have been there and who they were.
