Hugh Clewes - looking for birth info**COMPLETED**

I am looking for the birth of Hugh Clewes, about 1897 or 1898, in Ottawa, Ontario.  Any help is appreciated!

He is the son of John Ralph Clewes and Charlotte Elizabeth Smyth.  He had two siblings, Harold Ralph Clewes b. 1891 and Evelyn, b.1894.

I have found the family on the  both the 1901 and the 1911 census but no birth info. on any of the siblings!

There is no county on the record and ancestry has placed it in Bruce County

There is no name only an initial M. and the fact that it is a girl.  Born 11 Oct 1894 to John R. Clewes and Charlotte Eliz Smith in Ottawa, Carleton.  Reg # 005100

Lattie Dickson Clewis b. 16 Oct 1889 to John Ralph Clewis and Charlotte Elizabeth Smith.  Registration #004508 and again no County on the form.
Corrections made by Jacquie in Canada to indicate the name is Lottie and then Lillian as per census entries.

Death Registration #003195 Ottawa Carleton for Lillian Dixon Clewes although ancestry has it indexed as Lillian Byron Glines (it looks exactly like Lillian Dixon Clewes).
D. 12 March 1895 at 5 years 5 months due to inflamation of lungs - 5 weeks.

She appears on the 1891 census as Lillian.
