I know it has been a couple of years...
I am still stuck on my family's names lol.
I know that Samuel Creasey/Creasy/Cressey/Cressy (too many different spellings on one surname...frustrating sometimes lol. In the early 1900s, there was a mini family war between my great--grandfather and his siblings if the spelling was either Cressey or Cressy. He changed it to Cressy and the rest stayed Cressey. Turns out they were both wrong lol)
Anyways....
I believe that Samuel's father John... I know Framsden is where they stayed, but still confused. And who Samuel's grandfather? I think once I get these two names, I won't be stuck anymore. Why is my family hard to find? lol.
Samuel born 1776. He married LUFF .. I believe Mary Luff. Another spelling could be: CRESSYE as I have seen that spelling in the early 1700s/1600s.
I hope someone can help with this mysterious puzzle
