born in kells

I believe my Great Great Grandfather John Brodigan was born in Kells in 1848 but I can,t find any record of his birth so far . Does anyone have any suggestions where I could look to find out if I am right.

I had the same problem recently .you can contact Kells parish centre at info[at]kellsparish.ie .
A very nice man by the name of Martin took all my details and got a researcher to go through the parish records and for 20 euro I got all the info and a baptism cert.I hope this helps.
