There seems a fairly large gap between the ages of Mary Ann Louisa and Phoebe, I was wondering whether Elizabeth H might be a second marriage for Henry, if that was the case he would be with someone else in 1851 ?

I wonder what year Henry and Elizabeth married, and whether Elizabeth is the mother of their eldest daughter ??

Thank you for the info. Pels & sem73 sorry you had so much trouble, know how you feel.  I wondered what happen between Mary and Phoebe perhaps for some reason other children were staying with relatives as Thomas is only 3mths old?
