Crow
« on: Monday 19 October 09 17:16 BST (UK) »
Hi there

One of my ancesters Charlotte Alice Crow born in 1875 in Barnston, Dunmow, Essex UK married William Burnett/Barnett/Bennett, born in London,  by licence on 18 July 1906 in Weston, York, Canada.

I'm wondering what became of her?

She was aged 31 when she got married and William 32. According to marriage records they stated Weston/Toronto as residence when married. One witness at their wedding lived in Toronto and the other in Weston.

Has anyone any idea how her life progressed, children etc?

Any help would be gtreatly appreciated.

Wow...that was quick and thank you so much; are you able to find out if there were any more children by any chance...although Charlotte is getting on in years by this time so I don't suppose there are.

Many many thanks.

Your welcome Susie  :)

Births are only public in Ontario up to 1911 currently I think  :-\  Anything over that date you would have to order directly from the province and provide proof of next of kin.

Charlotte and William are buried at Hillcrest, Woodbridge in Vaughan, County York.  No date is given:

There are two other Bennett's: Edith Mary and Lillian Grace.

PS  My Mumford ancestors were from Gt. Dunmow/HBO and he settled in Toronto.  However, he and his (Sussex) wife arrived in 1857.  Just a couple of years before your Crow ancestor arrived, eh?  ;)
