Cost of certificates

Ive purchased a birth certificate from the GRO website for £7. But on Ancestry.co.uk the cheapest price is £19.99 with a staggering £39.99 for within 6 days!

Why pay nearly 40 pounds??

I reckon they probably catch folks from overseas who haven't heard of GRO and their online ordering system.
