Looking for the Douglas family somewhere in Wales in 1861.

In 1871 they are living at 145 Upper Bean Street Everton, Lancashire and in 1851 they were in HolyHead Anglesey. I am trying to find out where they went in between.

I can't help you with your Anglesey research but I can correct a bad transcription you have seen somewhere, probably on ancestry.co.uk like me.   Bean = Beau.  An understandable error with the way Ns are often written.
My ancestors also lived in that street (though not the Anglesey line) and initially I thought it was Bean street.  Further research - including buying a reproduction map from Liverpool Lbrary) revaled that it is BeaU.

A tiny bit of the street still exists
