Hi & welcome to rootschat! I looked up their memorial inscriptions & George died in Boyndlie on 13th Nov. 1847.His widow,Barbara died at Greenbank 23 Feb.1878 aged 60.This means that you will should be able to find them both in the 1841 census. You can look for them in freecen.Remember that their ages will not be exact in the 1841 census. If you do n't already have the information on Barbara you can obtain a copy of her death certificate on scotlandspeople. She will also appear on the 1851,61,& 71 censuses.
Regards,

Only had two children did not have Joseph.

I think you'll find that they did.

The 1851 census at Backpart of Woodhead, Aberdour, lists Widow Sutherland, aged 40, born Ellon, with sons Joseph, 5, born Tyrie and George, 4, born Tyrie. Also son James Murison, 3 months, born Aberdour. Margaret is not listed.

There is a record of Joseph's birth in Tyrie on 4 September 1844 to George Sutherland and Barbara Birnie.

He may have died young, but a baptism record and a record in the 1851 census prove that he did exist.

By the way, Tyrie, Boyndlie and Aberdour are all in Aberdeenshire, not Moray.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
