I read it as

1916 ( with a 5/' above it)  oe  97th*  B.M.R.F.A

*that character with a line under it is usually an abreviation of some kind possibly "th".

AI97th Bae RFA became DI95th BMR.F.A. on re-information of 2nd Dirt City

In The Field

20 16 (5/' above it)

The dirt city bit makes no sense.

Is the RFA the Royal Field Artillery? I don't have Ancestry subscription so your link doesn't work.

Maybe it means a transfer from one part of the battalion to another.  Thats how it looks to me.

I read it as

19th May 1916 o e 97th Bde [Brigade] A 97th Bde RFA became D 95th Bde RFA on re-organisation of 22nd Divisional Artillery - In the Field - 20th May 1916

I have no idea what "o e" might be - but the rest of it is simply detailing the re-numbering and transfer of a unit of the 97th Brigade to the 95th Brigade which took place between the 19th and 20th May 1916

oe  is oc ie Officer Commanding

So we have:

= Date - 19 May 1916

= From Whom Received - Officer Commanding 97th Brigade RFA

= Record...transfers ...etc - A/97th Brigade RFA becomes D/95th Brigade RFA on re-organisation of 21st Divisional Artillery.

A/97th means A Battery of 97th Brigade, and D/95th means D Battery of 95th Brigade. Both brigades were part of 21st Divisional Artillery, and 97th Brigade was broken up in 1916.

btw... they were a howitzer battery.
