Hello Frogy

You appear to be referring to Calvary Cemetery, St Mary's Parish, Drogheda - I found the following reference:

"Michael Bradley, Pearse Park, 28th June 1973 aged 18 years (following an accident).  His grandfather James Teelan, 22nd Oct. 1982."

From "Calvary Cemetery - History and Tombstone Inscriptions" by James Garry, 2002.

Hello,  Can anyone give me any information on the Magill family.  I believe they would be buried in Calvary Cemetery, St Mary's Parish, Drogheda.  There is Michael Magill who died in 1895, Ann (Lynch) Magill died 1918, and Michael Magill buried after 1949.  Thanks for any help.
Ellen

Hello ee2son,

Unable to find the names you mention in James Garry's book of tombstone inscriptions for Calvary Cemetery.  By the way, Calvary opened in 1902.

Good luck with your search.

Hi Sean,
Thanks for checking.  Would you know the most likely place that someone dying in Kiltallaght, Temonfeckin, Louth would have been buried in 1895?

Thanks Sean.  These are my names:
Michael Magill who died in 1895
Ann (Lynch) Magill died 1918
Michael Magill buried after 1949
Would the Termonfeckin Cemetery listings only have people with tombstones or everyone buried there?
The Magill name was sometimes spelled as McGill.
Thanks for your help.
Ellen

Hello Ellen

There is no listing for the names given.  I have consulted the Termonfeckin Graveyard Inscriptions published in Termonfeckin Historical Society Review in 2003.  The record was compiled from the headstone inscriptions.

Best
