Access to old birth records Waterford City

Locating old birth record for Stephen Fitzgerald b Jan-Mar 1895 and his brother William Fitzgerald, b Oct-Dec 1883  both in Waterford City

Anyone have access to the old birth records of this time frame?  If not, may I have link to where I can obtain the details?  *I already seen the index, but can't view details on the birth records.

To obtain the details for the birth you found on the index you have to order a cert from the GRO - http://www.groireland.ie/apply_for_a_cert.htm

The details they require are name, record type (e.g. birth), registration district, year/quarter, volume & page number.
