Cuffs Town Sligo

Does anyone have any local knowledge (or know where I can obtain some) of Cuffs Town Co Sligo?  I was surprised to  have picked it up on the modern discovery map  as being north of Culleens and east of Gortagheen.  I have many Cuff ancestors with Cuffs Town as place of birth in the 1850/60's and have always assumed that they were evicted from Stokane  moved north and just set up there.
