hi i am looking for old photos of roscrea ,and photos of the green street area, also looking for any old maps of roscrea . and any old stories of the past  regarding roscrea.thats it for now mike.

Hi Mike,

I'm from Roscrea, Co. Tipperary.  I was wondering if you were still looking for photos, maps etc of Green St & Roscrea.  If so, I should be able to take some current photos of Green St. for you at the weekend when I go home.

I also saw a post on the board re: the Brussels family.  I know of a Gerry Brussels in Roscrea.  Again, I should be able to get you his address at the weekend.  He works/worked in the bacon factory in Roscrea and was a brother of the late Liam Brussels.  I think his mother was called Mai Brussels.  They used to live in Rosemount, Roscrea but they may be part of the Brussels family from Green St.
