the other part of the robeys.arthur herbert married ethel theresa born 1903 her surname was jeffries they married in chingford.her dad was joseph jeffries b.1877 d,1904.thats all we know of him except he married elaenor higginsb 1880 d 1959. its the higgins connection i would really like to do her dad was james died pre 1903 and born approx 1843.


then if your really really keen.i have my grandad charles albert willey born onger essex 1877.i think his dad was john?charles albert married agnes emma godfrey and i have her line okay.but charles albert i would love to know his background and if he had brothers and sisters as i think me and my brother might be the last of the willeys otherwise!!!!he died in taunton in 1951 by the way

William seems to have aged a bit as in 1891 census he was 6. Freebmd has a birth that would fit in 1895 Poplar, William Henry Higgins.

No sign of the rest of the family.

Re Ethel Theresa, we need somone with access to the 1911 census because she is in West Ham in 1911 with Eleanor her mum. So it would be nice to see if she had brothers or sisters, or perhaps you know that already.
