My father was James McBay Blacklaws and my mum was Dorothy Clyne Yeats.  Mum and dad were married in Benholm in 1941. The did indeed have 5 sons who are all still alive and live in the Montrose area. Both mum and dad are buried in sleepyhillock cemetery just outside Montrose.
It is some time since information was requested but I may be able to help should it still be needed.
