« on: Thursday 26 November 09 10:39 GMT (UK) »
Hi all, looking for information on John Eades, born~1851-2, in Staffordshire to William George Eades and Susan Eades nee Rigby.
Found two entries on the LDS site but the mothers' names don't quite match.
Any help appreciated, cheers, Lance

Hi Lance,

Do you know where he was born exactly? I can't find a match for him with a mother Susan (not can I seem to find a William George Eades / Susan Rigby marriage right away)

Can't see 'em in census. Where did the Susan Rigby bit come from?

Thanks all, the results I had were showing 20 Dec 1851 at Kingsford and St, Mary's Chapelry, and in Tipton.
The Susan Rigby was from his death certificate which had Rigby spelt as Rigdby and also had another name spelt different so Susan might be wrong.
The place of birth was entered as Staffordshire.cheers, Lance

The Susan Rigby was from his death certificate

So he did not die in the UK?
Where else did he get to and when?

Died in N.Z. and married twice in N.Z. 1st to Caroline Sylvia Cleminton but according to the marriage records is Clemston so could be a variation of that and secondly to Susan Ann Ebden who has connections to Aveton Gifford in Dev
