OK confused here

Is Johns father William or Edward?

There is an Edward b 1820 in Tipton, wife Mary and several children but none called John

Sorry for any confusion, John's father is Edward Thomas Eades and mother's maiden name was Sarah Rigby
John's first wife was Caroline Clemston from Denmark and second wife was Susan Ebden from Devon, cheers, Lance

Same as Willow here - I can see only one Edward born Tipton ca. 1820, wife is not either Sarah or Susan and he doesn't seem to have a son John ...

The only Eades/Rigby marriage I can see is
William Eades - Sarah Rigby, 9 Oct 1843 Aston Juxta Birmingham, Warwickshire,

making the Kingswinford christening likely - I just wish I could find the family in 1861  :(

HHMMMM!

It looks like William may have died and Sarah married George Grice 26.10.1851 Aston Juxta but no sign of John or Martha either in the 1861

Thanks for the replies, looks like I sowed a bit of confusion by reading the search results wrong.
Edward (Edwin) Thomas is John and Caroline's son not John's father.
With your census results, I can hopefully carry on searching a bit further back.
Once again, thanks and sorry for the mix-up, cheers, Lance
