Gaie - I can say that Leon Oziemkiewicz was grandfahter of my great grandfather. After the revolution part of the family has moved from Odessa to Lublin, Poland. 
According to Ukrainian archives - if you know ukrainian alphabet you can find something but there is no much information over the internet.
