Hi Lorc

Just saw your post re Jagoe family - everytime I look you seem to be researching a new surname.  I was in Kinsale yesterday and I have some photos of Jagoes headstones.  I will send them on to you.

Hello!

My grandfather's employer at the Drinagh creamery was Abe "Abie" Jagoe.  This would likely be the 1920's-1940's.

My aunt Peg remembers if she happened to visit the creamery, Abie would give her candy.   :)

These Jagoes were likely in Toughmacdermody in Drinagh in the 1911 census.

When Granddaddy died in 1988, Abie Jagoe showed up at the funeral.

PLEASE POST YOUR QUESTIONS TO THE BOARD, NOT THROUGH PM, so that everybody can take a shot at answering your question and benefit from the information.  I cannot respond to requests through private emails.

Thank you for that info. Jagoes married into Lindsey family  much earlier on.   Lorc

Hoping to find some information about the Jagoe Mills near Kinsale, Co Cork.  It appears Sam Jagoe c1818- 1898 was an owner at one time.  He was married to Hester Anne Levis.
Any information on either person or the property would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
