Is it possible to obtain copies of wills from 1959?

Yes - you need to contact the Probate & Matrimonial Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast BT1 3JF (Tel 028 9072 4678).  I think it costs £5 to get a copy of the will.

You should also be able to get a copy of a will from PRONI.

Stewart, Stuart, Todd, Duncan, Waugh, in Ballyclare, Ballyeaston, Rashee, Cairncastle areas of Antrim, Northern Ireland (Ireland)
