Hi im  looking for in information and hopefully pictures with regards tralee goal ballymullen.I know most of the back round and the part it played in the civil war sadly most of the prison has since been demolished .id love to hear from anyone who's great grandfather or grandfather worked in the prison or was unfortunately under lock and key!!O Donovan Rossa spent a short spell here and the jail used to have an execution shed with hang men being brought over from England .I'd also love help from experienced people out there in ways to better my research the prison closed in 1924 i think and opend in the early 1800's,anyho hope this helps me
