Looking for the baptism of Joseph Clapton 1848.

Census states born South Witham Lincs.

Free BMD has Sep qt 1848 Grantham.

Parents John  & Elizabeth.

Any help appreciated.

Birthplace is given as Twyford in 1851 census - Twyford is in Colsterworth parish.

His baptism is not in the South Witham batch C037111 (nor any sibling)

Thanks, just found Twyford in the road Atlas right next to Colsterworth, thought it was in Leicester.

Twyford .... thought it was in Leicester.

Leics also has one (about 5 miles S of Melton Mowbray)   There are several Twyfords.

August 6th 1848.
