Happy New Year to all  :D ;D ;)

This is the only picture I have of my father about 1940, actually its a scan of the only picture I have of him, (yes I know a tall order) but a clean up would be good if possible, a little colour even better, he had blue eyes and black hair , made all the more more blacker in appearance by the olive oil he used to keep it scraped back (Al Capone style). 8)
