This lady married a ancestor of mine and they lived in Totternhoe, does anyone know if she was a relative to the Pedders of Tilsworth?

As Tilsworth and Totternhoe are only a mile apart there's every chance that there's a connection. But as her baptism would have been before Tilsworth or Totternhoe parish registers were started you need to look for other documents, the most useful being wills. The name Pedder has no mention in VCH Beds in either Tilsworth or Totternhoe, nor in the Visitations of Beds.
