Welcome to RootsChat  :D

Well, if Poplar district covered Bow, London at the time, then either Mary Ann Agombar is being a little dishonest, or she genuinely thought that was where she was born. I can't say why there is a big gap from her census ages and the possible born in 1865, but it's not uncommon to find gaps like these.
