Hello,

I am researching my ancestors the LOVEDAYs who were situated on and around Royston in Hertfordshire/Essex. They lived in Great Chishill and Little Chishill to be specific. My ancestor Thomas Loveday was born in 1806 in Great Chishill and married Mary Elsom, who was born in 1813 in Great Chishill. I have no information on her parents so if anyone can help that would be wonderful. Thomas Loveday's parents were Thomas Loveday (born 1775 in Great Chishill) and Mary King (1787 Essex, England). Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry not much help but found this on IGI

Mary Elsome  Baptism 17th July  1808  at Kelshall Herts  Parents  Thomas and Elizabeth (no maiden name) 

Know date is a bit out   Kelshall is near Royston.

Hi  my gggreat grandfather was Joseph (King) loveday one of  his brothers was your Thomas m Mary elsom
