Welcome to RootsChat.
What makes you think they originated in the county of Worcestershire ? There are no Claspell in the 1881 census and only two in Familysearch, one in London and the other in Sunderland, County Durham. There are none in FreeBMD.

here is the 1891
as you can see they maybe living in worcestershire but they don't come from that area
1891
RG12/2464/54/44
james claspell age 53. b. dover. head
mary.a. age 50. b. dover. wife
annie or emmie age 26. b. dover. daughter
emma age 24. b. warwickshire. daughter
john age 17. b. ditto. son
harry age 15. b. ditto. son
ellen age 10. b. ditto. daughter
living at;sparkhill, yardley,worcestershire
reg.dist; solihull
the childrens birthplace is transcribed as brancaster, warwickshire but the writing is awful and not sure this is right though it definitely says warwickshire. also cannot make out the street they are living in or any occupations

cattell,alcester
vickers,sulgrave
hewish,holborn
manley,bethnal green
barnes,bassingbourn

Gosh, writing is awful isn't it!

I think James Claspell is a carriage builder, as is son Harry.

And I think John is a teacher assistant.

As for the street name - it looks like it ends in za, so maybe Eliza St?

There are 57 Caspell in the 1881 census and 45 are in Kent, and only seven in Warwickshire, so it appears to be a Kent surname, which agrees with Dover in the 1891 census.
