Go to FreeBMD find the appropriate record, take a note of the references.  Go to GRO.GOV and place your order this costs £7.00.

The ONLY places to order certs are GRO.GOV and local registrars offices.  DO NOT use any other sites which offer this service they charge a fortune (rip-off time!)
