Find a divorce

Hi there

I am tracing my family history and I am thinking that one of my family got a divorce around the 1910 - 1923 mark how do I find this info out if they got a divorce or not thanks for any help Alison :)

If it's in the UK then the case could well be in the papers of the National Archives at Kew, why not try a google?

Thanks for that the Name is Richard Henry Wheeler b1881 He married a Mary Emma Day in 1902 so I need to know if they got divorced and did he later marry a Gertrude Deadman in 1923.

FreeBMD has a marriage in SepQ 1923 for a Richard H Wheeler and a Gertrude E Deadman;  have you looked for the death of Mary?

Hi Yes I saw that married to a Gertrude Deadman so now I will look for the death as well of Mary  ;)
