Do anyone know if records of patient during 1911-1935 are available and if so were would they be held

Looks like there are some records at Chester Archives http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/hospitalrecords/details.asp?id=1173&page=34 so might be best to give them a call/send an email http://www.cheshire.gov.uk/recoff/
