I have a Mary Ainslie b. about 1863 who had a child Thomas Ainslie(illegitimate). She married  Robert Barclay and lived at 29 St. Salvador Street, Dundee , Angus , St. Andrew ? Robert was living at 41 or 61 Main Street , Dundee.
When Mary Ainslie was 17 she had Thomas, I am trying to find who the father was ?
Birth Certificate and marriage certificate no help.
Thomas named his first surviving son George Birnie Esslemont Ainslie????????????????

Was George Birnie Esslemont his father ???/
