John Spence

John Spence emigrated from Donegal to the USA in 1888. He married Mary in Hoboken New Jersey in 1895. She emigrated in 1892, also from Ireland. They had John A, 1896, Margaret, 1898 and possibly Lillian, 1903 and more children. I am looking for Mary's maiden name and where she came from in Ireland.
John's brothers joined him in 1905, Alexander and Thomas. Their sister Minnie (Mary Ann) too. In 1908 Elizabeth (Lizzie) emigrated leaving only David here in Donegal. David married Annie Fox. I would like any information on all the family, dates of marriages and deaths please. The parents of the above were Thomas Spence and Margaret(nee McBride)

You did'nt give a date of birth for John but this seems to fit him in 1900 as you said.
Hoboken Ward 1, Hudson, New Jersey.
John Spence 32 Born April 1868 Married 1895. Immigrated 1888 Brakeman on RR (Think thats Railroad)
Mary Spence 28 Born Aug 1871 Ireland Immigrated 1893
John A Spence 4 Born April 1896 New Jersey
Maggie Spence 1 Born Aug 1898 New Jersey

IGI (www.familysearch.org) lists several of the children of Thomas Spence and Margaret McBride-
1. Thomas born 9 Apr.1866 Raphoe district, Co. Donegal, Ireland (page 384 civil register)
2. Robert born 15 May 1873 Co. Donegal, Ireland
3. daughter born 5 July 1874 Ireland
4. Robert born 16 Sept.1875 Co. Donegal, Ireland
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

John Spence 52 Slight variation says immigration year 1899
Marry Spence 49 Immigration year 1891
Margaret Spence 21 Born 1898 New Jersey
Lillian Spence 17 Born 1903 New Jersey

I have dates for John William spence,19/09/1863.
Elizabeth, 03/05/1859
David, 14/11/1860
John
Thomas, 09/04/1866
Alexander, 18/12/1869
Mary Ann (Minnie) 06/05/1871
Robert, 19/05/1873 - 1873
Robert, 1875 - 1876
The parents Thomas married in Carnone April 1858
Thomas died 30/12/1902 Minnie was present.
Margaret, possible, 1898. It stated on the 1901 census the Thomas was widowed.
