I have some problems with the info above
Father William born Sedgley in 1870
Siblings Thomas 1873, Mary 1875, John 1876, Paul 1879
Their mother was Catherine nee Morris
I have no reference to his father as the cencus of 1871 has her as head of house
1871 shows Catherine as unmarried with a question mark against it
The 1891 has the 4 boys you mention above but apart from Thomas - the others were born in Clifton Lancs but I cannot find an 1881 entry for them
There are no birth entries on freebmd for them in Lancs and no birth anywhere for a Paul Townsend 1878-1880

In 1881 - William Churm is married to Elizabeth and living in Pendlebury Lancs (where all his children were born)
Wife Elizabeth died in Yorkshire in 1885 aged 35 but 1891 has a 3yr old daughter Florence b Yorkshire
