on the passneger list in 1853 it states his residents as Cambridge

so 1841, 1851 census if anybody would help

Siblings? Parents? Occupation? Wife?

There is a Joseph Phillips Nunn laqge 21 living  in Cambs in 1851???

i have no other info on him just that he married Mary Ablett in 1853 and immigrated to Sth Australia the same year.  all it does is states that his residence at the time was cambridge

On his marriage reg I notice he doesn't give a middle name

Purchasing the marriage cert would give his father's name and occupation -without more information it  would just be a guess

Living in Cambridgeshire in 1851 are the following Joseph Nunns

Joseph Nunn c. 1817 parents Simeon/Susanna
Joseph Nunn c 1846 parents Josiah/Mary
Joseph Nunn c 1850 Parents Edward/Hannah
Joseph Phillips Nunn c 1830 parents William/Mary

none of them are living in the Chesterton reg district.

Possibly mary Ablett was from Cambridge - and that is why they married there - but Joseph could be from elsewhere

well the joseph Nunn that i am looking for who married Mary Ablett had a child called William John Nunn, Wiliam john Nunn had a child called William joseph nunn, so i dont know if the names may indicate the parents of Joseph
