1935 Directory Stretford/Urmston

Could someone please tell me if there are any directories for this year, or later? Need to confirm family living there at the time.

Looked on the Historical Directories website but none available for that time, neither does Manchester Library hold one for that year,

But there is 1939 available on the Anc*****y website.
