Cousins death in beeston nottingham

MY cousin died her name is Lucy simpson, i know she is burried in Beeston cemetery, nottingham. I would like to know the exact date of her death. i think she died around the age of 12 in the year 2000 (give or take couple of years ) anybody help me??

Cannot give the exact date of death, but it was registered October 1999. Her date of birth was 20th September 1988......
